Qualification

•Aged not over than 30 Years old.

•2-3 years’ experience in Sales coordinator for international trading company.
•Have knowledge in Stock Management.

• Perform reception and greetings
• Handle general administration , travel arrangements (hotel booking, flight booking, golf booking, restaurant booking)
• Manage company cars and drivers  
• Manage and control company administrative activities to support GA general service
• Managing administrative operations, which including office supplies purchasing
• Support and organizing events and meetings
•Assist with general administrative and day-to-day operations
•Handle tasks as assigned


Qualification

•Aged 25-30 years old
•Bachelor’s Degree any related field.
•At least 2+year experience in admin or general affairs jobs.
•Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
•Well Know in General Affairs’ Job Functions and Responsibilities.
•Systematic Thinking and working, including step ahead vision of Job Responsibility
•Strong knowledge and concepts to coordinate and solve problems
